Hello it doesn’t really cut through a pastry that well I had to use my pizza wheel, instead all I was making is Croissant I’m a pretty good baker..and this doesn’t work very well uhmmmm a metal one like the pizza wheel would be better..I guess I will go back to my pizza wheel or a knife
This croissant cutter came broken on one rib and one roller. I thought it might work anyway. Nope. I still had to use a knife to cut through the dough every place the broken spots did not cut. It's a nice concept. When it's whole. I had to throw it away.
I have had a lot of fun using the cutter for my homemade rolls. It works great. For years I have used my regular WW bread dough to make rolls in the shape of croissants. I can't bring myself to use all the butter to make croissants, though I enjoy them on occasion. The cutter is amazing and I highly reccomend it.
