I really like the form of this light and the fact that you don't have to scroll through 4 different "modes' to turn it off. . I needed a right angle light to ride in the breast pocket of my jacket and clip to the outside so i could turn it on an illuminate the area in front of me quickly while working nights at a ski mountain making snow. This light would be perfect, except the switch is very difficult to turn on/off when wearing gloves. The rubber button is so stiff that it requires a lot of force to push it, but it's also very small. I ended up buying an Walmart store brand light, a little larger and with annoying modes that require 3 clicks to turn it off, but it's still faster and easier than the energizer light. Hopefully they'll improve the switch design in the future, because that's the only thing i don't like about this light.
It's freaking tiny!!!!!!!! I should have RTFM and realize this takes 1 (ONE!!!!) AA battery. Do the math, that's how big it is. Nice feature is the 90 and the magnet. Probably only good to work on the car with tight areas. Other than that, it's not worth (Bleep).
Great little flashlight, perfect size, brightness, durability is on par
Except....the screw on battery door thing is way to easy to take off. I wore it on pocket at work and within a couple of hours it had worked it self loose and was gone forever making the flashlight non usable
Not very bright, and gets dimmer even when you put new batteries in. I like the magnets, I tried using this at work, but I’m going to find something brighter. It is well made just too dim for work. I bought two and both had the same issue.
Very bright and good battery life for a pocket torch. It's a part of my EDC. I do have a major complaint about the design though: the bottom of the flashlight screws out to insert the battery. But it has no locking mechanism, so frequently I find that the cap will unscrew itself because of body movement or being bumped on objects. Poor design flaw on an otherwise great flashlight.
For the same price you can get an UltraTac A1 here on Amazon. The Hardcase line of lights is getting quite old. The light components are outdated. These are "good" lights but are now over priced given the current technology.
