This belt was very easy to use and put on. However, it did little to actually help with my pregnancy aches. I purchased because of very strong pelvic pressure I have been feeling now in my third trimester, but this belt doesn't really feel like it "lifts" or "holds" the belly to relieve any of that pressure. Also, it rides up in the back with movements wether worn over or under clothing. Lastly, it became vary info while sitting. I would try to tighten it to get it just right to help with relief, but once I would sit it became way too tight and uncomfortable. Was looking forward to this helping, so I am very disappointed.
I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and have been having terrible pubic synthesis pain. My chiropractor taped up my belly with KT tape and it instantly relieved some of the pain. So after reading so many positive reviews on this product, I was excited to try it. It is made well and looks to be high quality. Unfortunately it did not do anything for me. I wore it to work and all I felt was irritated to have it on. When I took it off later that day I felt so much better. Sorry to say that I won't be keeping it.
Did not come in a nice box as pictured with other reviewers. Mine came in a cheap Ziploc looking bag. So, it isn’t gift ready for those who are gifting it to pregnant friends you’d have to dress it up a bit it by buying a nice bag with tissue. Pain relief, not sure if I notice a difference. Support feels minimal. Comfort it’s not bothersome at all.
I didn’t feel like this did anything for me support wise. I’m 39 weeks pregnant. Pre pregnancy size 128 pounds size 4. I’ve gained about 30 pounds and this just doesn’t feel like it gets tight enough to offer any real support. Maybe if I had someone to help me really tighten it everyday it might but that’s just not realistic
I bought it based on the reviews and affordability, but I returned it for a couple reasons: 1. super hard to put on by yourself (especially with a big belly) 2. It is VERY supportive but it starts to bunch if you walk around a lot like I do and then it becomes very uncomfortable. I’m investing in a more expensive one.
It’s really difficult to get it on nice and tight. You have to secure it behind your back, and for me I just couldn’t pull tight enough behind me to get it really snug. So it didn’t offer me hardly any support.
I bought this support brace when I was 6 mth pregnant. However, it didn't help me to relieve any back pain or hold my heavy belly. I was going to return it, but I missed the return deadline. I still have it. Now I am in my 8th month. I can't use this brace because it's too small/short.
