Tricky to fit, but stays out of the way once installed
Reviewed in Australia on 20 April 2020
Overall impression: One of the better bells that looks inconspicuous on a road bike where you want to keep the appearance as sleek as possible.
The good: One of the better-looking options, especially in situations where having a bell is a legal requirement. It is decently loud as bells go, although it still won't help much with those sporty pedestrians wearing ever larger (often noise-cancelling) headphones on shared paths.
The tricky: When trying to fit this bell around a handlebar (without removing all bar-tape and shifters) it almost feels like the plastic ring is going to break. So if you have thicker handlebars, think carefully about exactly what side you want this bell on, because you probably don't want to be removing it once you have it around the handlebars the first time. And you definitely don't want to be moving it between different bikes on a regular basis.
