Update: I have reevaluated my four stars to five stars. I love this conditioner.
First, let me describe my hair. I am Caucasian & 53 with very long ash blonde hair (with some gray) that I haven't dyed in year. Because of the length, it is dry with lots of fly-aways. I use Tres whatever shampoo and conditioner and Biosilk after I'm done. I do not shampoo my hair every night.
When I saw this was a oil conditioner, I thought it would be a good idea to leave in a few extra minutes. So after Saturday hair with the conditioner, I did a shave and face scrub. I rinsed out all the product. My hair was soft when it dried and I notice the fly-aways less noticeable. The problem was I over conditioned and I felt greasy the whole next day. There was a dead bug in my tub, what would Buffy do, got rid of bug, ...and just rinsed my hair with plain water and it still looked great the next day.
That night, I washed and conditioned again, but only used a normal amount of product. When I went to work, I asked my BFF for her opinion. She said it looked better and less frizzy, but looked darker.
I really like this product. The price is right at $5 bucks.
I have short wavy hair. I love my waves, and they look like I've spent hours on my hair (even though I never do more than shampoo/condition my hair. This did a good job of softening and conditioning my hair. Unfortunately, it also removed my waves until the next time I shampooed. If you've got wavy hair and want to straighten it, this might be a good fit for your hair.
5.0 out of 5 starsMade my hair exceptionally soft!!!

I *was* going to say that I didn't notice anything special about this conditioner, but just before I sat down to write this review, my wife randomly tussled my hair and then said "wow, I've never felt your hair so soft!" She then spent the next few minutes admiring the softness... so, contrary to my initial impression, this is actually pretty exceptional stuff! It doesn't make my hair look particularly shiny or glossy or anything like that.
One caution: I did notice some pimples on my front hairline the next morning, which is very unusual for me. Hopefully the oils that are making my hair soft aren't also messing up the skin around my hairline!
5.0 out of 5 starsGreat conditioner at budget price

This is an excellent conditioner for my hair type. I have thick, curly, coarse hair (Celtic hair, except not red) that badly needs conditioner but doesn't get the right results with a lot of conditioners on the market. I'm happy to report that this conditioner worked really well for me. It softened the coarseness of my hair and made it feel finer and smoother than usual. It smells nice, too, and it comes at a great price. I'm happy with the results and would recommend to others with similar hair types!
This has been a great conditioner for our family that my husband seems to love more than I. Oil is still going through a raging phase in hair products and this uses it well. It's a fairly general conditioner that will work for most people, yet still gives that extra umph of power. The formula is lightweight as far as some conditioners go, but the results are wonderful.
5.0 out of 5 starsExtraordinary nurishment for dry hair

I have very dry hair, which is also thin. A complicated combination if I want to use a volumizing shampoo, and that is exactly what I did last week. I tried a L'Oreal shampoo that gave my hair volume, but it made it frizzy too. I'm glad to had had this conditioner at hand, because a little bit of this oil conditioner saved my day, and my hair. And from now on I'm gonna be alternating between this L'Oreal oil conditioner and the hair repair one from the same brand. Because my hair looks healthy, silky, and most importantly without frizz.
4.0 out of 5 starsI like that my hair gets the shine from this product ...

My hair has been through a lot over the years. Recently I moved from a humid climate to a drier climate and was looking to hydrate my hair a bit more, but without making it too oily. This L'Oreal Paris Extraordinary Oil Conditioner does what it says: it hydrates, nourishes and conditions. I like that my hair gets the shine from this product without making it look weighed down or oily. Happy to add this to my list of go to hair products.
I love conditioners, trying different ones out all the time. My hair is thick and curly, so I find I condition it almost every day I liked this conditioner because it is thick as well, stays on my hair, and then rinses clean. It smells good too. I rotate it through with two other products, so I use it about two times a week. My daughter has thinner hair, and less curly, and she found the conditioner to be too heavy for her hair type.
