This jackplate is a cheap knockoff from a Fender. The finish is bad and pitted. The metal is cheap and can be bent by hand. But most importantly, the angle is much different than the Fender. This causes your cord jack to bottom out against the inside wood area of the body of the guitar. Unless your ready to ream out the inside of your guitar to make room for your jack, stay away from this piece of junk. Also the hole will not accommodate a standard plug. You will have to ream that out too, which leads to a drill bit twisting up the thin metal of the socketplate. Absolute junk!
Excellent price and received quickly. The end of the jack ( + connection) was pushed in on both pieces. I was using different jacks, so it didn't matter. But there is a potential for them to snap off when bending it back.
Cheap price, cheap product... both jacks were unusable, so I tried to use one i already had and the hole in the plate was drilled too small as it apparently only fits cheap jacks as well. Giving two stars because i should have expected them to be cheap, but these are now garbage.
