I need to adjust my rings based on the season as summer heat makes them feel snug and in cold weather they practically practically fall off my fingers. The coils are not the easiest to put on but after you get one down, it does get easier. I prefer my metal ring guards as they remain only on the inside of the ring. These plastic coils add bulk to the outside of the ring also and I find myself constantly playing with it and wishing the bulk was not there. The do work; just not my preferred way to adjust a ring.
So the product works for what its made for. My rings fit better and they do come in different sizes which is ideal BUT if u put lotion on or soap or anything really it does get stuck in between the ring and the plastic spiral. And that's a down side. But I continue using them cuz they work so 🤷...for what ur paying and what ur trying to accomplish it works
I used these the resize a ring that was 1 size too big and was easy to cut and fit; I didn’t like the way it felt under my finger, it was very obvious that there a resizer was there. The resizer moved around and I didn’t like that it moved and you could sometimes see it come up between your fingers towards the top of the ring which imo just looked trashy.
Great for temporarily sizing a ring. Plastic does discolor after a few weeks of use. Not terrible since it’s on the bottom side of your finger but definitely noticeable. Mine has “unwrapped” a few times when removing my ring but only 2 or 3 coils. Easy to rewrap.
These Are ok not as good as I expected they tend to pinch a bit and they turn yellow, for someone like me who washes her hand a thousand times a day and not just because of COVID. I wish it really was better. They are ok but not really. The thicker ones don’t even go on thicker rings either that was bad advertising it won’t loop through which sucks.
The ring sizer was easy to use but it did not keep my ring from turning upside down. I went to a jeweler. Haven’t gotten my ring back yet but they told me the “ring turning upside down” is a common problem for women with large knuckles.
