Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings using a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The machine learned model takes into account factors including: the age of a review, helpfulness votes by customers and whether the reviews are from verified purchases.
I love this product, and cannot find it in stores any longer. It also does not appear on the company website. I have bought it through Amazon from this vendor. I, like others, have noted that the expiration date(s) on the product are old...however, aside from possibly making part of the product hard inside with need of stirring, I still love the scent and exfoliating ability of the product.
