Ordered this to keep items from falling out of the back of my 2016 Yukon when I open the lift gate. Factory (GMC) product would cost me $50. Couldn’t resist the price of this one. It came within a couple days, regular USPS. Packaged well (comes in a ziplock plastic package for storage). Comes with hardware for installation if your vehicle doesn’t have the hooks. Mine does. Just had to get the hooks onto the net, which is a little tricky since you have to pull the entire net thru the 4 loops (that’s the only reason I give it 4 stars versus 5). Went to install it in the back of my car and that’s when I realized the measurements were not what I should have ordeered. Length (from side to side) is great. The height is the problem. It’s too tall, so it gaps when installed. I need something about 8 inches high. This one is 17.5” high-the height of a truck tailgate. I assume . My mistake. I should have measured. However, I wove the bottom hooks thru a couple holes in the net to tighten it up and that helped. I’ve got a small sledge in the back of my car and will keep it in the envelope to keep things from rolling out from under it. Still think it’s worth the $$! Exact same quality as the $50 one I had (and wore out) from GMC
I have a Nisan Rogue and my Dang groceries always spilled out and rolled down the street lol. I needed a cargo net. This is perfect and stays exactly in place. I have it drilled into the sides of the car in trunk area and I use the net across. I can unhook the net if I need to bring larger things home but its sturdy and does the job. I even used it to bring in a bunch of plants from my trunk. I left them in the net and carried the net in like a giant bag lol
Writing this as as a dual review for the cargo net and quick removal bolts for my Jeep JLU. With a side opening door, I quickly grew tired of my groceries and things falling out. I did not want a cargo net that lays over the bottom and hooks to the D rings on the floor. Wanting a vertical solution I turned to Amazon. I measured the length needed from the top bolts at 55 inches (listing states net stretches to 59 inches) and since this was one of the best values found, I gave it a shot. Make sure you measure the height needed. If you get a net that's too tall, it will bunch and sag at the sides. I swapped the factory bolts for the quick release knobs (B07WGYW4ZF) and it's exactly what I needed! The net is envelope style, so the V faces upwards to store easy access items like snow brush, etc. or place purchases inside to keep upright or from getting smashed. I wouldn't say the net it exactly the same quality or thickness as a factory net, but at a fraction of the cost it most certainly will do the same job. I highly recommend. Hope this helps!
Super easy to install, and this was exactly what I was looking for. At first I had it in an upright position but it was slightly slanted because I had to hook onto the handles on the side. I decided I didn’t like the way that looked so I changed it to the position it is now and I am very satisfied with it. It feels well made and sturdy.
This is LARGE. It says its large, it is large. I have a Honda CRV (2017) and this was a little too large to fit on the car's builtin hooks. There just wasn't enough tension. I had to install this using the screws/mounting posts that it comes with, which I had hoped not to do. In the end it worked out quite well.
Fit my Kia Telluride perfectly in width and height. Holds an average grocery run (~6 bags) inside the net envelope. I also use the net to keep things from sliding to the back of the cargo area, which works since this attaches to the car at the bottom too (if you want). Great quality, I’m sure it will last a long time.
