it tears away when sewing witch leaves nothing to keep sewing with recked a towel i was sewing for customer i wont be buying it again

Not The Best Stabilizer

I use this for home embroidery....not the best product! Tears way too easily when making my project. Can't really adjust it in the hoop without it ripping, have to float a second piece when doing a satin stitch around and edge especially on horizontal lines...it pulls and isn't consistent with vertical satin sewing. Won't order it again. Will use it with 4x4 projects until it is gone...wont' order again!

Good for some bit not all designs

This was my first stabilizer purchase around 10 months ago when I first purchased my embroidery machine. Medium weight tear away was recommended as an essential. This brand is good in some situations with certain types of stitching. It’s fairly easy to hoop and doesn’t stretch. I’ve encountered fails with this product using designs that have boundary boxes stitched repetitively, for example with appliqué. In these cases the many stitches on the same path caused the product to perforate and tear out of the hoop. In these cases I’ve had to place a second piece under the hoop with basting spray to act as reinforcement. I would not recommend this product for projects where the is heavy stitching in a particular area. On the plus side,this stabilizer doesn’t stretch, & pieces too difficult to remove become softer with washing. It’s a great value for a large roll.

Tears way too easily making it hard to get it tight in the hoop. Also it leaves a lot of dust behind in the bobbin area making it necessary to do a lot of clean up after using.

Tears away a little too easily

For the price it's not bad, but in practice it tears away a little too easily. Can't adjust in the hoop or it tears, putting it in the hoop slightly too tight and it tears. It's also a little stringy when using it for it's intended purpose, adding some cleanup time to get rid of the strands. I'll finish the roll but I won't be ordering from this company again for stabilizers.

It works fine but it's a woven material that tears pretty easily when adjusting the tension while hooping it. It's a small thing but it can be a bit irritating. It also doesn't tear as cleanly as some other brands. I'll use it but I don't know if I'll buy it again.
