Low quality. No heft to the knife. Not in a good way where your hand won't get tired from extended use, more like you are trying to handle a plastic stir stick. Handle looked and felt cheap. Blade was reasonably sharp. Overall found the item disappointed on all points. Would never buy again.
I am a very experienced cook and this knife has a major issue. It doesn't cut straight and it's sharp as hell. I have cut myself twice in the same week with it and I haven't accidentally cut myself in years. Be careful.
I use this knife daily in the kitchen I work at. So, 5 days a week. I clean it daily and sharpen it every few days. Ironically, right below the words "stainless steel" is a small rust spot I cannot clean off.
So, the knife is good. I do however question the stainless part of the blade. As, mine is stained in 2 months with very heavy use.
You get what you pay for, came super sharp used it twice to trim up some pork shoulders just fat and membrane off and with that little bit of use it’s pretty dull now. Wish I would have saved up a lil more and just went with a really good brand.
Slippery Handle. First use, cutting steaks, soon as I touched meat to turn it, I couldn’t grip the handle tightly, knife kept slipping out of my hand. Even after wiping off the handle with paper towel, it remained too slippery to grip firmly.
I’ll try to wrap tape around it before next use, but if that doesn’t help I’m returning it
Updated: I've had this knife for a little over a month and it was very nice but its already starting to degrade in quality. The tip of the knife already has a pretty bad bend in it. This is an ok knife for a few weeks but not durable, i am disappointed in my purchase.
