Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings using a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The machine learned model takes into account factors including: the age of a review, helpfulness votes by customers and whether the reviews are from verified purchases.
Unfortunately the 3 dresses I bought which appear lovely on amazon.com.au are in fact very poor quality. The sequence on the dresses are falling off after just one wear. BUYERS: Do not buy clothes from this supplier. AMAZON: Why do you list so many low quality suppliers on your website? This is simply frustrating for customers. This supplier should be removed.
