This product is a scam. A money back guarantee was offered so I took a chance, but Amazon does not back this up. Once the 30 days is up per Amazon's policy, you are OUT OF LUCK AND CANNOT RETURN. Shame on Amazon for selling this product. I used it for the amount of time required and it did not work for me. It DOES NOT REGROW HAIR. This is a scam. Research is important. Do not buy this product. I spent $39.99 on this. WASTE OF MONEY.
I wish I could say whether or not this works for growing hair~ I have used it three times and cannot handle how crunchy my hair is. I'm guessing it might be better for people with literal bald spots and not just thinning hair. For my thinning, naturally curly, long hair~ this was not a match made in heaven. I tried using a drop at a time to avoid getting it in my hair, and only on my scalp. It still spread to the first 2-3" of my hair and dried making it crunchy and crusty, and made the sides of my hair stick to my scalp. Even combing it after it dried didn't help. Especially not with naturally curly hair. Too bad, I was looking forward to seeing if this helped. I also received the pills that go along with this, so hopefully those alone will work wonders.
Unfortunately this did NOT work for me. Actually, the hair that I had regrown around my hairline using Rogaine actually fell out. I experienced greater hair loss than using nothing. It also smells bad, dries like you have glue in your hair. It's also very watery so runs down your scalp.
I know that all products do not work for all people, but this made things worse. Definitely do NOT recommend.
This product is very harsh for my hair. Every time I applied it to my hair, it made it "hay" dry. I couldn't comb my hair because it made it extremely hard to comb and more hair would fall off. I had to wash the the product off and conditioned it immediately. I gave it a couple of tries and had the same result. I spoke to my hair dresser about the product (which she had never heard of it), and she explained that it may not be for all types of hair, especially not for my hair type. I continue to take the pills, use the shampoo and contidioner and see no results. My hair continues to get thinner.
Haven’t used it long enough to know if it works for hair growth or not. Was looking for a less expensive alternative to Kevis/Hair Naturally, which works REALLY WELL. The problem with THIS product is 1 that it makes your hair super sticky like hairspray and 2 it drips all over your clothes and stains them brown. Be careful. Will come back and amend review re how it works.
When I first received the bottle, there was no plastic wrapping around the top. additionally it appeared as if a little bit of it had leaked out during the transport. Initially I did not think anything of the lack of a plastic security shield around the top which I normally see around liquid products, but now that I am seeing the performance of this product on my hair, I wondering if it was counterfeit. I have used to product as directed for a little less than a week now, all of my hair around the scalp where it was applied is hard. it feels as if there is a glue or dried up setting gel in my hair. I paid so much money for this product and it feels like it is doing more damage than good. I had to select at least one star rating, but if I could give is 0 Stars I would.
I have age-related hair loss and am desperate to find something that works. I saw all the wonderful reviews for this product and thought it was the answer to my problem. WRONG! I have white hair, and this product is brown. It stains my hair a really ugly brown at the roots where I've applied it. Really nasty looking! But that's almost not the worst of it. It makes my hair look and feel like very dry sandpaper, and it mats my hair into disgusting, stiff clumps. Even I can't stand to touch my own hair. And, then, it builds up on the surface of your scalp and flakes off like dandruff. It may work. I don't know, and I'm pretty sure I won't be using it long enough to find out. Are there any good products out there that work and don't make your hair look totally disgusting?
I have to say that I suspect the majority of these reviews are not legitimate. I have tried this product for 3 months now, with no appreciable results, and if anything it rips hair out as it makes my hair brittle, hard and tangled. In addition to it not working at all, it leaves orange stains on things like pillows, regardless of how long it is applied before sleeping. The price is also very high, even if it did anything at all.
