El producto esta muy bonito pero no sirve, ya lo cambie 2 veces por fallos en su reproduccion de archivos digitales en formato mp4, no funciono ni en memoria USB ni en memoria SD, solo funciona la reproduccion en DVD.
Lo peor es que le he mandado mensajes y correos a la marca y no contestan nada.
This is great. My daughters last tv died on us right before vacation. We ordered this one, came super fast and works great. Great picture, good sound and volume. She loves it. And I’m so happy with how it mounts to the back of the chair. My last one had straps and they were so annoying to mess with. No hassle with this one. Worth the $ and we will be enjoying this one all the way to Disney!
Update: We are currently in Florida at the end of our trip, coming home tomorrow and the DVD player WILL NOT play anything. I’ve changed disc and I’ve tried everything, very exhausting. Going to work at it some more but I don’t know what else to do! Very frustrating when we have a 6hr drive home tomorrow and it’s not working.
This is a poorly made portable DVD player. Do not waist your money on this product. We have had this unit for 3 months and have had multiple issues. It recently started to scratch and DVD that we put into it.
I visited Pyle sight to see how the warranty works. I had to email the company to start the claim. They then emailed me a 3 pages form to fill out. It instructed me to box the unit up and send it back at my cost. They said we will repair it only if we determine it is a manufacturer defect. It stated that we would be responsible for all charges if they deemed it not a defect if we wanted it fixed. I was also responsible for shipping the unit back. I sent the unit in and they received the unit and it took them a week after signing for it before being able to tell me they received it. they said they are running 7 days behind. I waited until I received a call and was told they could find nothing wrong with my unit from a very rude warranty service manager. I asked how many times they tested and he went over and talked to the technician who started rudely yelling loud enough for me to hear him. Apparently they only have one technician that can work on DVD players according to the warranty service manager.
We got our dvd player, got it installed into the car. It worked well for day 1 but after that it started to not play well. It starts out like it is having a hard time reading a disk. then it starts skipping, playback freezes and gets all grainy. It really starts behaving like watching a video stream that has a lot of buffering. By the time of this review, it could not get through a single episode of the show were watching before it encountered problems. It just became a disappointing experience in less than two weeks of having this dvd player.
This DVD player had a lot of potential, easy to install, simple on screen controls but the total lack of quality control made this unit unbearable to view! I attached the image of how BOTH units arrived! The first one had dust and plastic particles behind the screen so you couldn't clean it off. I thought I got a defective unit until the replacement arrived and it was even WORSE than the first one! That squiggly "hair" is a plastic shaving piece along with additional random plastic pieces BEHIND the screen that you cannot clean off and they totally interfere with trying to watch the movies. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!
