Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings using a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The machine learned model takes into account factors including: the age of a review, helpfulness votes by customers and whether the reviews are from verified purchases.
I bought three of these. When I used the first I found the product had basically separated & was no longer a 'cream'. Checked the other containers & it was the same. Found that after a good, long shake then the product thickened up. Maybe it has a shelf life.....no 'use by' dates on the containers, or maybe I just got a bad batch!
