This was delivered to my address in Australia from China on the 6th day after ordering. I find this a decent time frame. This product came in a small box with the monitor, wrist band and charger and instructions in Chinese. The product was easy to assemble. I needed to google the setup instructions in English as there was no insert that explained this. I did email the seller asking for help and they responded within one hour giving easy to follow instruction. The instructions for setup were easy to follow online. You must set up the app on your phone and then blue tooth sinc the Mi band to your phone. The time and data should update automatically. The monitor is quite small with small writing. It shows, time, date, steps, distance, calories burned, battery life, heart rate, weather for today and the following two days, exercise, notifications, stopwatch, alarm, find device, screen, about. Overall for the price point this I am very happy with this device. The phone app is also easy to follow and you are able to set goals. The only thing I would suggest to the seller is that they include instructions on how to setup in English.
Had the Mi Band 3 for over a year now. Bought in Jan 2019 to track my steps and length of time and heart rate when I exercise at gym.
PRO's Battery Life is great - last weeks almost a month Shower with it, swim in the surf with it - No issues. Tracks steps no problem - AND it syncs with Apple Health no problem. (and therefore Pokemon) I have found the Heart rate is accurate when exercising. Receive SMS no issue. Oh.... and it is a watch
CON's The app on your iPhone is not intuitive, while it tracks your steps, weight, heart rate during exercise, etc. to get to all this information is not intuitive.... BUT it is there.
Wrist Band loop broke after a year. Bought 4 new wrist bands on Amazon for about $15.
I would happily recommend the Mi Band 3.......It is not flash or sexy, but it does work and does what is says it will do.
I bought this band to replace a fitbit I had returned. I had 3 fitbits in a row and the band broke on all 3. I couldn't bring myself to buy another one and I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars. This tracker is cheap and has almost all the same features as the fitbit. I don't think the sleep tracking is as accurate and the reminder to move I don't find as useful but otherwise it's a good substitute. For the price it is fantastic value. The band so far is good although difficult to get the tracker in and out. Would highly recommend this product for anyone who wants what a fitbit alta hr does but doesn't want to spend all the money.
Just is just the best band for the money you are paying for. I had mi band 1. And it lasted for a long time for me. Therefor I bought this one wishing the same. Battery would last you more than 2 weeks if you don't use heart rate monitor continuously. Screen is okay, not so bright. Touch works really well, no need to take off when you are in the shower. Sleep tracker is good to see how good or bad your sleep was. Only con is the charger, it's a special usb cable for the band.
The battery lasts a month, went on a road trip for 3 weeks, didn't have to take the charger. It's so accurate, I've now had 5 other people close to me get them now as well and they also rave about it. Me and the wife have tried to trick the steps, but it doesn't fall for it. Also comfortable to wear while sleeping, it has a nice sleep tracker.
I use it as an exercise tracker rather than dress item so happy with it's looks. Some may look better but don't have all the features for which the key ones for me include: ability to turn off heartrate monitor, GPS with phone, waterproof, battery life and different exercises. It does not count floor levels but a small sacrifice considering all it's other features. Time, weather, notifications, sleep data all there.
I lost my samsung belt but wanted to give Mi a try before reordering. It was great decision. Tracker have most of the thing but, you need to buy one of paid application (Notify & fitness in my case) to get its max potential. Step count are more accurate than Samsung and battery is incredibly good. Heart rate monitor is questionable at time while you move or exercise. Sleep tracking with paid app is very good. All in all, a perfect tracker for your health if you are not into only running (no GPS).
really fast delivery. got it in time for christmas. it was a little confusing to sync to the app, but got there in the end. it has a long battery life and works how it should. i would recommend it to anyone.
The Xiaomi Mi Band 3 is a great fitness tracker and watch. The battery lasts for almost 2 weeks. It has all the conveniences of alarms and smartphone notifications. The app is easy to use. Only drawback was that the instruction booklet had no English translation (it was easy enough to find one online).
