The item came next day was simple to put togeather, aesthetically pleasing but made from cheap plastic and for the price it should have non slip feet at least, to me it’s just a price issue for what it is.
I like that it fits my Oculus Rift S. I don't like that the pieces are held together by gravity. You essentially drop the pieces into place. the arms slide into the base, the handles slide over the arms and into place, and then you cap it with a piece for the headset. This works fine, but... if you try to carry, or move the unit, you must carry it by the base. held strait up. I know you are not suppose to be carrying it by the stand (but it would be a nice feature). I was simply trying to move it a few feet over my desk, and since I wasn't thinking about the construction, I picked it up by the top, and dropped the whole thing on the floor. The headset, and controllers bounced, which always worries me with electronics, and lenses. but anyway, my mom did the same thing, because she had no idea. also, I have had the controllers slide off the stand with very little motion, because the lip is small. but, again... if you are careful with it, and not an idiot moving it around all the time, it will work great!
The directions aren't great for putting together, so I had a lot of extra pieces but I suppose those were for the other headsets... I just wasn't sure which one I was supposed to use for my headset. It's pretty thin and light, but once you put the heavy headset on it it does exactly what you think it's going to do. It keeps everything in one place.
A decent multi-VR headset compatible stand, but the hangers for the controllers sit too low that the controllers for my Valve Index barely hang on them and mostly rest on the table. Same with the Oculus Rift S and Quest controllers.
