These shorts started to unravel at the seams after wearing only THREE TIMES! Poorly made and would not recommend. Didn't wash these shorts more than four times either before the fabric below the belt strap blew out.
These are made of the cheapest material ever. I made the mistake of not wearing them until after the return window. They feel like thick cardboard paper. When you sit down, then stand back up, there are tons of creases in the material and they are very stiff. I have worn them once and will never wear them again. Total waste of money...buyer beware.
I am 5'6 and I am a bit bigger. There are many comments here that says it is slim fit, but no. I just felt that this is just the regular fit. I feel so disappointed by this. I was hoping more because the product has a good rating.
I bought the gray and brick red shorts for my husband. I washed them before he wore them. In many clothing items, 2% spandex is enough to have the item look wearable after washing. These badly need ironing. The wrinkles were just as bad after I put the dry shorts back in with a wet load and let them tumble for several minutes. Normally, that process will ease the wrinkles, but not in this case. The wrinkles are really set, and ironing is the only way to make these look wearable. I would never have bought them had I known.
Another reviewer said the brick red bleeds color. Since I grew up in a household that ran a dry cleaners and laundry, I knew that red is the most "Fugitive" color--meaning bright red cotton clothing will usually bleed very badly. However, not so with off-red colors. They are usually considerably more stable than bright red. Also, I know the best way to prevent red from bleeding is to wash it first in cold water. The cold should set the color. Boy, not in this case. None of the rules apply. This off-red color bled over everything in my cold water wash. It bled so badly that I suspect it will keep bleeding in subsequent washes. DON'T buy the Brick Red. DON'T buy these shorts unless you want to iron them every time.
