I normally have to clean my ears maybe twice a year at the doctors as ear canals seem to build up ear wax easy. I would say this device works far better than what they use at the doctors, normally it is a bulb or syringe type thingy, where they would have to constantly refill water. This product can do both ears with just one initial fill.
I would say the down side to this product, is that you probably need a partner or someone to help you, otherwise it can get pretty disgusting and messy. The upside is that you don't need to go doctors, especially in this covid climate, unless you think you have an ear infection in which case it may not be a good idea using this.
I would give this product 5* if it were a bit cheaper, maybe if they remove the syringe bulb (which i never use) and reduced cost. Saying that I would still purchase this over the alternatives they have at the chemist.
