They’re ok for the price I guess but the thickness in the caps is very inconsistent, some are nice and thin and are more comfortable for the cat and others are very thick and bulky. I use them on my 3 Sphynx and the thick caps make it so their toe folds are pushed and held back
At first these seemed great but after a week, my cat started to chew off the tips. Now his claws are sticking out the front (scratching the furniture) and I can't get the rest of the caps off to apply new ones. Maybe I didn't push them far enough onto his nails?
Feel deceived. It says 14 different colors, which I was super excited for, but when I got them, there was only 10 caps per color. My cat has 14 claws so I would have to take 2 different colors to do all her nails. I like having her nails all uniform, she's an all black cat so it looks cool. I was also shorted green, 9 caps instead of 10, and an extra yellow 11. I also disliked the fact that all the colors were just tossed into a little baggie instead of separated.
The concept was promising of a "humane" way to stop your cat from destroying furniture, however, she hated them and me for putting them on her. She did everything possible to chew them off of her causing her paws to get red and irritated.... risking infection. So, not so humane. My cat is more on the feral side (although she's an indoor cat) so maybe if your cat is more mellow and wouldn't notice them this is a good option.
I got mediums based on the suggested size and they were too big. I had to cut them shorter to fit them.
It also took quite awhile to prep and adhere the nail covers (while super gluing my own fingers in the process) and expecting her to not bite them for at least 5 minutes while they dried was a joke. As soon as I put her down she started chewing to get them off.
Lastly, the ones that stayed on only lasted about a week, so every week I was having to do it all over again. Unfortunately this was not a solution for my cat.
