Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings using a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The machine learned model takes into account factors including: the age of a review, helpfulness votes by customers and whether the reviews are from verified purchases.
This product probably works. It probably has all the ingredients in it to do what it says it will do. Unfortunately, the masks are so damn big and cannot stay firmly in place on your face. You can't expect someone to see results if the product itself won't remain in one location to treat the area.
