First I was looking for a MTB shoe but bought these not realizing they were a road shoe. Anyway, these road shoes fit great and feel great, so much so that I went to ebay and purchased the mtb version (since Amazon did not carry them) of the shoe in the same style. As for fit the toe box has plenty of room and the shoe is very comfortable. Just to make a comparison, I where a size 11 in Assic running shoes. I purchased a size 44 in the Tiebao shoe. Perfect fit. As for other shoes, I really can't wear Nike or under Armour shoes as they are to narrow in the toe box. Running shoes that fit are Brooks, Assics and Sacouny. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I couldn't try it out on my bike. Hope that helps.
Good shoes at the right price. Make sure to measure your feet in cm to pick the size from the chart. I first used the US to EU conversion and that put me in a 44, the size chart in cm put me in a 45 which fits just right. I used these for spinning on a peleton and they are comfortable.
I ordered a pair of size 46 and when they arrived (much faster than expected), at first glance they appeared to be much too small for my size 13 EEE feet. I was disappointed, thinking I’d have to send them back. But I figured I’d try them anyway, hoping for a Cinderella moment. And you know what, I got one. To my surprise and delight, my feet fit perfectly in the shoes. Cleats (Look Keo) were installed easily as well. Best of all, my riding experience has been improved. To sum up, I’m happy with these, so highly recommended.
Ordered my regular size and they fit just as expected. Had no problem installing cleats. The toe is a little tight for me, which may be because I have a wider foot, but the width doesn't feel restrictive anywhere else but the toe. My first spin in them I definitely had my straps too tight and found my toes going numb within a few minutes, now I leave the strap closest to the toe very loose and it buys me some more time before the numbness sets in lol. Hopefully as I get more acclimated to riding that will go away completely. This is my first time ever using cycle shoes and being clipped in to bike pedals
I’ve put a couple of hundred miles on these shoes, with rides ranging from 15 to 50 miles and, after slight discomfort on the first ride while my feet adjusted, they have been great. Quality of the materials seems good and they fit as I’d hoped. As entry level road shoes go, I’d say they’re a very good buy.
It’s a smidge smaller than what I expected but I wouldn’t want to go the next size up for fear of that being too big... I’m comfortable when riding the peloton with them but I remember to try to spread my toes frequently. Maybe they’ll loosen up a bit in time. I’ve worn them only 4 times thus far.
We bought two pairs, a women’s pair for me and a men’s size for my husband. The sneakers is stiff, but that’s not the reason I wouldn’t recommend them. The reason I don’t think these are great quality is because the screws on the bottom clip don’t go in very easily. We ended up using a power screwdriver because we could not get the screw to fit. One screw still sticks out too far and complicates snapping into and out of the pedal. We found this was the case for both the men’s and the women’s sneakers.
