** update** Soles are falling apart, light use as I own two pair and both damaged in same area. Good for a year and a half which is ok I guess. will probably order again. Finally a nice pair of slippers! I say finally because for years it seemed to be impossible to find affordable slippers with a heel (non open back) with a decent sole and that's washable. Not sure why most companies make slippers you can't wash...kind of nasty if you ask me, not sure about you but I don't always wear socks when I put slippers on! Going back to the heel, I like slippers with a heal as I don't enjoy taking a header down the stairs as those open back slippers are always falling off. I like the black though some debris or lint seems to show easily, not a deal breaker for me but going to order a few pair in the brown color. Very comfy as well, slight snugness but I enjoy that sense of "going to stay on" feel.
This is the second pair of these house shoes I've bought over the years. I've had the current for house shoes (slippers) for about 2 months, and they rate the four stars I've given them. I guess the biggest question is: How do they fit? I've found that the seller's size chart is pretty accurate. It's important to note that when you first receive them, they will be pretty snug on the feet due to the faux lamb's wool around the interior and the cushioned bottoms (which I find very comfortable). After about a week of wearing them, they adjusted well to my foot size. They seem to be very well built with the uppers made of thick fabric, and the soles made of a thick, beefy and non skid rubber material. In the past, this rubber sole reminded me of a bad tire recap, with deep cuts in the bottom that made up the tread, and that is where the shoes finally failed. I contacted the Customer Service Department of the selling company, and they replaced them with a new pair. As a side note, I don't get products for free for giving them a positive review. If this review needs updating in the future for whatever reason, then I'll do so.
