DO NOT BUY!!!!! I bought this as a gift for my sister after she had been begging me for months we got it and it was working great 3 months later it stopped working out of nowhere. Still turns on but doesn’t get hot enough to melt beads. The seller refuses to contact me back after multiple attempts of reaching out. The seller page it says return or exchange 100% guaranteed if you are not happy with the purchase but they don’t want to return or exchange your product! They will give you the run around and won’t replace the damaged items, these are cheaply made and not meant to last BEST ADVICE: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
Absolutely LOVE this wax kit! I have PCOS which causes a lot of hair growth so I have to pluck and shave all the time. I have tried many wax kits, strips, Nair and you name it... nothing has ever worked. I decided to invest in this warmer. This is the best warmer ever! It heats up super quick and maintains like it is supposed to. Not on only that, this is the best hard wax I have come across!! No messy strips and it takes EVERY hair off! I am so grateful for this warmer after struggling for years to find a great product to remove my hair growth. This warmer literally pays for itself and even better- it comes with 4 huge bags of wax beads to last for a super long time! If you are looking at this warmer do not hesitate!
Has everything you you need to get started; wax pot, wax beads, removable wax jar with handle, paper rings and popsicle sticks. 1 package of beads has lasted for a leg wax, nose wax and a chest wax with enough a little bit of wax left. It has an automatic power off function if it gets to hot. Upon first use the automatic power off was activated before it even melted the wax, I turned the warmer off, unplug it, waited 30 seconds and plugged it back which fixed the issue. It took about 15 minutes at 240° F to completely melt the wax. There's a bar that runs across the one side of the removable wax jar to wipe off the back of the popsicle stick to help minimize the strings hanging from the wax. Overall, a nice starter wax kit.
I’ve been a proud owner of this waxing kit for a while now! It paid for itself in just 1 use for me! One packet was enough for me to wax my upper lip, under arms and Brazilian. That would normally cost me about $120 or more in the salon.
Yes, it takes me longer than the salon because let’s face it… Waxing yourself takes some serious bad b*tch motivation! I like to set out a glass of wine so I can tell myself, “The faster you do this, the sooner you can drink that.” Hahaha.
It gets much easier over time to wax yourself. The amount of money you save is insane and don’t forget about convenience! You no longer have to call to make an appointment, drive to the salon, and wait your turn. Now you can just hook it up and get it DONE honey!!
I am an Amazon prime queen and I can easily say this is the best item I have bought off Amazon EVER. Just do it!
I read the manual on this, used the wax for their designated areas and was SOREly (pun-y) disappointed. It worked on my husband, I slapped a bit on his leg for kicks and giggles and it left a really clean spot just missing a few of his thick hairs. When I used it on myself no matter what wax, no matter the place, it just pulled my skin and left all of my hair. It's definitely not painless as it says in it's title, but we all know waxing can suck. This wax can work if you have thick body hair, if your a female with thinner body hair it's just not going to grip at all on what you want it to. So it's not a dud product, just will not work for everyone. I did not have a problem with the heating mechanism failing as other reviewers did, although it is very hard to find the best temperature for the wax to keep it warm but not scalding and not lumpy.
