Loved this DVD player and saved us the first month of our one year roadtrip with our 8 and 5 year old. They don’t typically use screens so it was a real treat to watch DVDs when on long car trips!
Sadly, our DVD player broke one month in. My husband found an electronics store and bought a new fuse for the car charger. One week later and it happened again and now when he replaced the fuse again it did not fix it. So we don’t know what’s wrong. But WE ARE SAD!!!!! We wanted these to work so badly but they did not last. Not worth the money.
I had this product for about a year !! we had it installed in the car and due to the pandemic the kiddos is home all the time. The max we have use it is not more than 30 movies. A month ago, one of the unit don't have the sound . I have sending messages to their tech support, however I don't get any response. !!
We bought this in Sept based on reviews for a new car to help keep kids from getting car sick. We liked that they could link and watch the same thing or watch something independently.worked great at first. Before Christmas one screen completely died, my spouse tried to troubleshoot and couldn’t get anywhere. We contacted customer support and heard nothing back. Assuming maybe holidays and pandemic slowed things up, we tried again in January. Still no response from customer support. Not worth the cost and hassle for only one screen
Initially my family and I loved these screens. The picture quality was great and the mounting system was so much better then our older screens with straps. They were the perfect addition to a long trip. Unfortunately, after only one month of occasional use, one of the screens sound stopped working. Shortly after, the other screens sound quit. We will definitely be returning them.
Of the two one you can’t turn the volume down on with the screen you have to use the remote. The other one the screen won’t come on unless your pressing on the screen. Got them in may 2020 and it is October 2020, thought they would have lasted longer. Both headset are broke, as well.
This product and the customer support system in place is trash. 1 week after receiving will only play video on both screens but not sound. Replaced AV cable with no luck. Contacted support and got 0 help from them.
Bought this for a two-week cross-country trip and the video sharing didn't work (manual says it only works when playing a DVD, but even that didn't work). Unfortunately, I tested this out too late and now I can't return this.
Worked great for about 2 months and then I could never rely on it working consistently after that. Sometimes it plays, sometimes it doesnt. Most of the time if it does play the screen is distorted or it constantly skips. Would not recommend.
