Great bottles, but a couple of issues with delivery and actual product received

My kids and I love these drink bottles (as they keep liquids cold for hours, are sturdy, come in a great range of designs and are generally leak proof - straws may need replacing after some time to maintain the leak proof function but replacement straws are available from Thermos and are inexpensive). We have been using them for years. So I would give the bottles five stars.

However my reduced rating (3 stars) is due to the supplier. The delivery time was great, but unfortunately one of the bottles (I ordered two) was dented in two places around the base. It can still be used (so I didn't bother with returning it) but it was very dissapointing as you can clearly see the dents and my 3 year old daughter saw them straight away.

And more frustrating for us is that the product actually does not have a handle on top of the bottle as per the photos. My daughter specifically wanted a handle on her next water bottle (cause her brothers bottle has one) so this was also dissapointing. I/she was desperate for the "Frozen" design so I have kept them (I ordered two) but do be aware.

I ordered this paw patrol bottle for my son’s pre school in light blue color which i paired with this blue food jar but they sent me in dark blue shade. May be this is not a big deal for other people but this color difference is really bothering me. So i am a little disappointed otherwise this the bottle is cool and easy to use and wash.

It's a great, durable container. But it has a big flaw if you're user it for a toddler.... water will pour out when held upside down. It's leakproof when the lid is closed, but my 2 year old has held it upside down a few times because apparently it's cool to watch water come flooding out and soak everything in sight.

This was much smaller than I was expecting (though that is my own fault, I’m sure, as it does state “12 oz” in the description)

I had thought that this was a hot thermos and it is not; it has a straw and states right on the sticker that it cannot he used with hot drinks, only cold

Given the size and the restrictions of what can be put in it, I feel it was a bit over-priced

It’s a great product, but the locking system on the lid failed

This works great. We usually have water or milk in it for my toddler.
The only thing is that we’ve used it for not even two months and the locking system on the lid sticks. No matter how much I clean and soak, it won’t release without a push and tug.
It’s impossible for my 3 year old to open it.

Not sure if there’s an easy fix to it.

Got this for my 2 1/2 yr old. Love that it keeps beverage cold, but would have been nice if it was also leak proof which is definitely not. My son is obsessed with cars but I guess this mug wasn’t right for him cause he tips it upside down all the time and we’ve had lots of messes. Other than that the cup is fine but it’s too expensive for what it is.

Kind of disappointed. It has a straw type attachment which creates cleaning and sanitation issues. The straw attachment is replaceable and you can buy replacements on Amazon. The quality is so-so. This is really a kid's item.
