I used to buy Kenneth Cole shoes circa 2002. It didn’t matter if they were Kenneth Cole or Kenneth Cole Reaction they were excellent quality. In fact is till have a pair of leather square toe Kenneth Cole reaction shoes in excellent condition. For about three or four years I was sold on the Simplicity style but once they got wet they tore where they crease on the side, very disappointing. I probably bought about five of those pairs because they were nice and they were really light. Seems like KC changed the name of them and are still sold under another name at a higher price so i don't buy those anymore. These shoes that I just purchased are probably the most flimsy shoes KC has made. I have not worn them a full day but they feel like they are going to rip or lose the sole at any moment. I’m glad I bought them at $50 and not the normal asking price of $150. They are a decent looking shoe, you just have to shine them to look like the picture.
