Awful range, constantly glitches

Awful range, really glitchy and constantly loosing connection. I was really excited to use this camera. I live in a one bedroom apartment and it loosing connection from my living Room. I don’t understand why this baby monitor has good reviews. My guess is they offered these people a free monitor for a good review lol

This monitor was great until it froze. I had no problems with this monitor but after having it for about 7 months it completely froze and looked like my baby was sleeping when she was awake. I have three floors in my home and did not hear the poor girl crying on the top floor when I was in the basement. She was so distraught when I went upstairs and heard her. I have no idea how long she was crying for. Even once I unplugged it it still was frozen with her face on it (please refer to pictures). I’ll never be able to trust a monitor again.

Initially a great monitor - simple set up and easy to use. Picture good and overall was very satisfied. Noticed after a month or so use for naps the picture would freeze or drop in / out. Couple of times it would freeze, I would think the baby was still asleep and then hear the baby crying. Have been fiddling around with resetting to try get by but it’s totally broken now so no way to watch baby sleeping safely! Disappointed to have had the same experience as other poor reviews. Product not fit for purchase. Waiting for seller to contact me in regards to the warranty.

Vox feature is great, it’s a real saving grace and has helped both my baby and I sleep better! Video quality is so-so, but gets the job done, sound quality is good. I haven’t had any real need for the other settings so can’t speak to their usefulness. For the price, overall a great option

Cons:
Monitor stopped working after only 4 months of typical use. It no longer connects to the camera. Even after resetting it, adjusting the antenna, unplugging, moving etc. it no longer connects for more than a second

This was highly reviewed so I got it. And since I had one that was on wifi I was not in a hurry to install this. Bought this so we can still look when we go travelling (not that it is happening with this pandemic).
- night vision : so bad that you can hardly see at night.
- zoom function : just 2 modes. normal range and zoom in. no in between.
- resolution : really bad.
- plays music: i never used it.
- battery life of the screen : 1 day of used on full charge!!
- ONLY POSITIVE THING : the sound is very sensitive so my my 7 mth old son so much as to cry a little from his room, I hear it on the screen and it wakes me and my wife up.

Overall, just really bad. do not waste your money.

I do not know why there isn't a good baby monitor out there. This is my third monitor in 3 years and really: I should have bought more but don't have unlimited money. I will be reaching out to the company. After not even 2 months of use, I can no longer: see my baby in daylight, hear when she cries out at night because it cuts out, operate it without leaving it totally on ot totally off and the picture quality is just generally terrible. It flashes the same symbol every 3 seconds prohibiting me from seeing my baby. Do not buy this.

I have been waiting for months for customer service to contact me and NO one has. I initially got someone, who send me somewhere else and then nothing. This is a TERRIBLE product sold by a TERRIBLE company.

EVEN AFTER RECIEVING A NEW MONITOR, IT DIDN'T RESOLVE ANY ISSUES. IN FACT... THEY WERE WORSE. DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR!!!!

Lo compramos en sept'21 para regalar a unos amigos y hasta la fecha ha funcionado muy bien (eso nos decían, por lo menos). La imagen muy nítida, se oía también a la perfección, detectaba bien el movimiento... sin embargo, a los ocho meses aprox mayo'22, ha dejado de verse la imagen. Se ve todo negro. El fabricante ni me ha respondido y amazon nos va a reembolsar el producto para comprar otro, asi que ese es el panorama. Actualizo el comentario.

Constantly loosing signal

Purchased this 4 months ago for my baby. Used it a couple times for short periods and really loved it. We just moved baby into his own room and started using it over night and it is constantly loosing signal. Checked all wires are plugged in properly. Tried turning it off and on. But it’s been sounding the “no signal” alarm for three nights every 10 minutes or so. It’s so loud and wakes us all up. We aren’t more than 20 feet from the camera to the monitor. So range shouldn’t be an issue. I can’t find anywhere to contact seller and of course there is no Amazon support any more. Super disappointed. Not sure if this is just a glitchy unit or poor quality monitor.

This was a decent product for the 3 months it worked, but in the last 2 weeks it began acting up. It would intermittently lose reception, the screen would sometimes get lines across it, the volume would randomly go to 0, and now it just won't turn on it all. I would not recommend anyone buy this product, save your money for something of quality. This product barely lasted 3 months, and I am now just a few weeks past the eligibility for support.

Didn't expect much when buying this and wasn't too disappointed at first glance, the screen is small which is actually what I wanted for portability, picture quality is acceptable. Deal breaker comes in when I turned the light on and off. The night vision is over exposed, but still tolerable, however, after turning on the light, it would not exit night vision making it impossible to use. Turning the screen on and off seems to solve the problem but for the price this is not acceptable and I will be returning.
