I like the faux leather and tools. The earring hooks are not the best quality but are good for the price and for making earrings just for fun. They will brake if you try to twist the earring hook to face a different direction. You need to use two jump rings per earring for the earring to dangle the correct direction.

I like the faux leather and tools. The earring hooks are not the best quality but are good for the price and for making earrings just for fun. I got mine to start making bows so this really didn't apply to me however this package does not come with a hole punch for you to be able to put your jump rings in to make earrings. So be sure to order a separate hole punch if you're making earrings. Lots of really great material choices to choose from. You'll also need to purchase your own templates as that is also not included in this packet. For the price I would highly recommend.

Great starter package

This is a great little starter package! I got mine to start making bows so this really didn't apply to me however this package does not come with a hole punch for you to be able to put your jump rings in to make earrings. So be sure to order a separate hole punch if you're making earrings. Lots of really great material choices to choose from. You'll also need to purchase your own templates as that is also not included in this packet. For the price I would highly recommend.

The tools are....gross. they looked very much used/sticky and during covid the last thing me and my toddler need is getting sick. I'm really skeptical about keeping them. Maybe soak them in alchohol. I gave it a 2 because I'm praying the faux leather is a win at least.
Edit: The faux leather is worked out great. I actually really like it but the tools looked and were unsanitary but cleaning them yourself isn't too bad I guess for the price, especially starting out.

This is a good starter pack; however, the images shown can be a bit misleading, the sheets of leather you get are probably 6x6 inches maybe 8x6 but they definitely are no where near covering a full 12x12 cricut mat. Not even half way close honestly, it’s very thin. You could probably get away with using a standard grip mat. I used strong grip and the faux leather setting and my knife cut through my mat. A bit upset since they’re 14.99 for 1 mat. The leather cut very nicely, but there isn’t much so there is hardly any room for error. The earrings came in a box that separated them but I had to empty it and separate every one completely, somehow they got mixed all together in shipping. Lastly, the leather choices are very cute.
This pack is pretty great. I see a lot of bad reviews about the hook quality but I haven't had any problems. You have to make earrings double sided if you want them to be more visible. If you practice a bit using the hooks are super easy. I like most of the faux leather paper. Wish the sheets were a bit bigger. The glitter sheets I haven't really used because I don't like the colors. Overall, this pack is great for the price.
I really love this and think it is great value for your money, BUT, I did find the picture a little deceiving. It looks as if you are getting rolls of the leather, but in fact, it is only a square. These were great for me to practice on, but if your really like a pattern and mess up, well, you are out until you go buy more of that pattern.
So, I’m torn between 3&4 stars.. this pack does not have a gross chemical smell like other sellers have, huge plus. But the rectangles are NOT even. You can see where the lines were drawn on to cut, and some pieces of the marker right in the middle which could make it useless depending on your intentions. I bought this to make my girls hair bows, so for the price with all the added earring stuff is worth it.
I wanted this for a gift but it comes in a cheap-looking plastic pouch with a barcode sticker on it. If it had come in a gift box it would have been 5 star product as it looks very good. I can wrap it but I like gift-boxed products. I wish this was always marked in product information.

Good starter pack! I used it to make hair clips and earrings! These are smaller then I was expecting (they state the size in the description) but I didn’t read the describing. One of the sheets has mark marks on it. My Cricut cuts it fine, well all but the chunky glitter, a deep cut blade should do. Good for the price tho.
