Its a sharp knife, with an easy to use handle, does NOT come with a protective sheathe, has a small plastic nub at the end of the knife when unboxing so you don't stab yourself initially.
I got mine at $10 and it shows no signs of damage, even though I have only had it around 3 weeks, if it lasts 2 years I will be more than happy. Given its low price point the handle isn't hardwood but has a very light in the hand plasticy feeling. Still, this means cleanup is easy and as long as you don't drop a hot pan on it should last a while.
If you need a quick cheap knife that is sharp for at least the first couple of weeks this is the go to.
