Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings using a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The machine learned model takes into account factors including: the age of a review, helpfulness votes by customers and whether the reviews are from verified purchases.
I started buying your Espresso Roast which I am enjoying however there are issues with the pods when I use in my Nespresso machine. Other brands that have an aluminium casing like L’Or or Moccona work fine but on about 7 occasions now your pods do not ‘open’, nothing comes out and when I lift the lever to remove, they seem somewhat ‘pressurised’ inside the machine. I have tried on another branded pod maker and the same issue.
I have attached some images to show the ‘pressurised’ pod with packing details. I love the product but I feel some feedback to alleviate the issue is needed for your own and customer benefit. Sadly, I have made contact with both Nespresso and Starbucks who both seem unwilling to help me.
