I struggled a little with these buds and wanted to like them. Firstly the sound quality was pretty good with decent levels of detail in the mids and highs. Although the highs could have been less forward but I was taken aback by the detail. The bass on the other hand was a little shy, particularly if you intend running with them. Generally a very good sounding pair of buds for the money. The major concerns I had was the Bluetooth connectivity issues, the very fiddly touch controls that did not work and the tendency to fall out of my ears when running. As like many other buds on amazon that are advertised as “sport” buds , which they are not. In my opinion the buds do need to have some form of wings to secure them into the ears. These did not have them. If you are looking for a very detailed sounding pair to wear for commuting or the office these are great and gives the jabra elites some serious competition but if you intend to be active with them there are better suited pairs around.
