To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Due to the cartridge shortage, I was forced to use "aftermarket" cartridges from vendors other than HP. I finally found some HP cartridges on Amazon. Okay, that was fine but for the first time, one of the HP cartridges failed in only a couple dozen pages. I admit that I must have been lucky, I have had "aftermarket" ones fail, but never an HP. Now I have to scramble around to try and find a replacement Black cartridge. Not to mention the mess of trying to clean up all that toner from inside the printer, around the workspace, and the carpet below the system.
Don’t waste you money, received 3 cartridges that are good and 1 (black) that says ran out after a month. From the other reviews it seems like I am not the only that experienced this. Amazon has become a digital version of cheap crap WalMart. You never know what Amazon will send. Go to a real store and buy from an authorized dealer who know what they are doing.
The black toner was defective. The company would not accept it back and refund my money because it was already used. It is impossible to know that a product won't work as needed if it isn't used. I will NEVER do business with InkyToners after this experience. Thank you, Amazon, for offering the refund that the seller would not.
Yellow toner cartridge was recently replaced (within 2 months) from the 4-pack and printer started making loud noises and all pages printed all yellow. Printer says 100% yellow remaining. Clearly an inferior product. Another reviewer had the same this occur with a black toner cartridge. I have never had this problem before buying toner from Best Buy and that is where I will have to go now.
