I bought these (2 per package) as a gift for a friend who is cutting my hair as a favor during pandemic. I used to be a hair stylist, so have a lot of supplies still. These hair cutting capes are fantastic. (I would not use them for color / perm / chem. treatment), but for hair cutting they are perfect! I love everything about them (different patterns): design, thinness for coolness, closure for every neck size possible, and large enough to cover anybody. Excellent price for 2 capes!!! plus they included a comb. Recommend!
I bought these capes, pack of two, for me and my husband! We have been to the salon several times and when we come home I wash and dry them, they come out beautiful! We both love them. Thank you for having them! I will order more to tuck away!
It does not cover completely on the back. It is long on the front and very short on back, it covers a bit below your neck and that is it (so do not use it for coloring hair). Not easy to close on back. There are no buttons or anything that makes it stay closed it has 2 odd looking clips that come apart easily.
The capes are working out just fine. I don't really care for the style of neck or how it fastens. Some people say it feels weird. My clients are used to a snap closure and the neckline being smooth. They are nice and functional though. A good value for the cost.
Its not too think a plastic but also not thin like polythene shopping bag. Its good enough and will survive. Feel is good to skin. Nice design instead of plain black. For occasional use, these will last years to come.
Cape material is fine (it's a cape!). But, the clasps that hold the cape together behind your neck are not stitched into the collar elastic so they are aligned. You have to flip one side over to get them to interlock which inverts that side of the cape collar. Doesn't affect utility of capes though.
