Cotton is very comfy but some gloves were a litttle tight in fingertips and some were almost 1/2" past my fingertips.
Pros: A) when gloves fit properly, they have Comfy cotton that helps moisturize hands very fast! If I applied 2-3 times a day for 30-40 minutes, then OPEN CUTS AT NAILBEDS (from harsh dishwashing soap) healed in 2 days!
B) great price for cotton quality
C) didn't hinder sleep at all, when they fit PROPERLY
A) most gloves didnt fit & the ill-fitting aspect affected how well the gloves moisturized hands! Too tight, and it just wiped lotion off. Too loose, and it didn't hold lotion tight against skin, so it was just going to bed with really greasy globs of Shea Butter that was either still globby on my hands in the morning OR made a grease spot on inside of the glove from constantly rubbing against the globs all night - those made my hands feel worse, like it the extra friction helped anger my already cut and inflamed skin!
B) SEAMS in gloves inconsistant and ranged from NOT being able to tell left/right hands apart or which was front and which was back! Annoying to take off/put on gloves 3 times to finally just guess If they were on correctly because bad fit/cut made me unsure! Every way was slightly uncomfortable!
C) when they didn't fit correctly and glove tips were over 1/4 inches past my fingertips, it affected sleep as the fingertips of gloves scratched me! I took 1 pair off as I feared that the extra cloth + dry eyes made me at risk for scratching my cornia!
D) YOU CANNOT USE PHONE, TABLET, ETC even when gloves fit perfectly! A slightly textured pointer finger and/or thumb w9uld be nice! NOT textured where it can scratch you, just slightly thicker OR nobby, etc.
I would recommend the cotton but NOT the glove. Not until there is better quality control and consistency!
Liked: cotton, length of glove goes little past the wrist Dislike: fingers too long, a bit snug in the fingers, bulged around the pinky area
I’m about 5 ft and wear about a size 8-10 misses. I bought the size medium gloves and they are too long in the fingers. The shape is somewhat weird where the is excess fabric around the base of the pinky area. The stretch in the palm area gives, but a bit snug around the fingers for me. The fingers are not gusset so the fit will not be as comfortable.
Nice cotton gloves, good quality, stitched well, but for my purpose of slathering on moisturizer on my crispy cuticles and having it soak in overnight, the elastic wristband and narrow fit of the gloves sort of wipes it all off as i put them on. I use socks instead.
So far so good, except that if you're sensitive to smells, you'll need to wash this before use. The gloves come packaged in a plastic wrap, but as soon as I opened the shipping bag, I was attacked by the smell. These are a little large in width, and long in the fingers, but I have small hands and short fingers. I got these to wear while working on my computer because medication that I take causes me to have sticky skin. So they work for what I wanted, but I wish I did not have to wash them first. I tried to use without washing and the scent is making me ill.
