3.0 out of 5 starsokay, but not great.

this product arrived earlier than expected.
Box was very generic-- didn't even have the brand name.
Just wireless earbuds HD sound.
Inside the box was thick soft foam padding. Great packaging as one corner was already crushed.
Included in the box: 2 buds.. charge case, 3 pairs of ear cushions(3 sizes--one size is same as default), 3inch usb type A to usb type C cable, and small user guide.
Case had 90% battery charged out of the box.
Pairing was easy.
First test with default cushions... sound was hollow.
Changed to larger cushions... the sound was better; louder and a bit more rich.
Tested phone calls... other end reported poor sound.
The tap controls work as stated. Sometime when adjusting the buds in ear, you may stop playback(single tap).
Tested the case as backup battery. Output to note 10+ was slow.. and even shut off as the battery couldn't keep up supplying power(I was using the phone(call) while testing.
Overall, the sound quality isn't that great-- compared to other true wireless buds in this price range. The LED lights are neat but dont make up for its poor performance.
