To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I've read every book in the series. This one has two major problems.
There really isn't much Mitch Rapp in it. It could have been any government hit man. There were almost no inter-personal interactions; no real sign of any of the major characters.
But the big problem is the whole doomsday scenario along with all of the gratuitous killing that Mitch Rapp did.
It reads more like the author has run out of new ideas and needed to publish another Mitch Rapp, hence the desperate doomsday scenario. When I am looking for that story line, there are much better choices that belong in that genre.
Plausible. Realistic. Can imagine a USA without powet If a power generation plant was installed 50 years and is still generating electricity Then it has mot been upgraded at all Efficient or not!! Kylie Mills has written a story which feels all too Real today.
I'm a great fan of Vince Flynn and Kyle Mills and the stories of Mitch Rapp. Please don't read anything by the one star. Amazon keeps insisting I review items that I have ot yet received or have a chance to test. I know I'll enjoy 'Total Power' once I receive it.
Mich Rapp books aren't what they used to be. I've read everyone of the books in this series. I seems like these books are being writen for the money. Not putting a lot of time into character or story line development.
Not boring but not the page turners they once were.
