Part missing, impossible to use

There is obviously a part missing so I can't use it. I have the HB 66 so it's supposed to work. I took more than a month to be delivered (as expected) so that's a waste of time and money.

Overall I like this camera. It's easy to use, easy to set up. I did purchase the arm attachment separately so I could mount it to the crib. This camera is great and gives me piece of mind while she sleeps.

Pros: Easy to use. Picks up noises easily. Clear picture quality (when in range). Not on WiFi so can not be hacked. Video monitor is able to be use plugged in or wirelessly, which I love. Battery life is good.

Cons: Not sure if its just the lighting in our house but it seems to stay in "night mode" a lot. I wish there was a way to manually switch it out of night mode. Also, depending on your walls, it may have a hard time receiving a signal to the monitor and can glitch/freeze. I am in a 3-bedroom apartment and have this problem in our living room sometimes. However, at my aunts house, the camera was used downstairs in basement and we were upstairs in living room and had no issues. So must be a wall thing.

This has nothing to do with the camera itself which I’ve been using for 6 months. It you plan on having a good view I don’t recommend.. unless you plan on hanging it from the ceiling. This was a waste of money I had a much better view without it.

We originally had our baby monitor just sitting on the side of the crib, but when my baby started rolling he’d hit the side of the crib and knock the monitor over. I had to secure our monitor didn’t want to do any drilling or mount it and this was the perfect solution. My monitor screwed right into it (looks like it can adapt to any monitor with the right sized screw) and now we have it secured to the crib. I also bring it with for travels and I can easily put it on a pack and play. No more falling over!!

Absolutely love this camera!!! It moves up and down and side to side which is wonderful because our baby moves so much she eventually disappears out of the camera sight. The sound quality is good and the picture is great. I definitely recommend this. It’s not connected to Wi-Fi (not sure if you’re able to connect it) which I like because then weirdos can’t hack into it. I’ve read some reviews on other cameras that mentioned people hearing mens voices through the camera taking to their babies.
