I ordered this for my grandson. Tried to add the 2 year protection plan after it was received (and didn’t arrive when expected) and was told by customer service that wasn’t possible.
Was told to return and order another one and add protection plan. Makes no sense. Also it was on sale and now back to regular price so I guess I’m stuck.

Good but missing a critical feature.

The most important significant aspect of this baby monitor and sock is that it accurately tracks newborn heartrate. More than that, the critical info is easy to reach, as is the sleep data recorded by the dream sock. We gleaned some patterns from the sleep data and it was very insightful to have for the first months or so. The elephant in the room for this device is that it doesn't read O2 levels. It's kind of a critical aspect of owning something like this. If you feel like you can go without that, then the rest of the features of this monitor and sock are excellent, from build quality to reliability.

No issues yet other than a couple false alarms where the monitor base would play the alert sound when the sensor no longer had a connection. Generally though I found the sock and the monitor both to be reliable in the month that we felt we needed it. Great for easing parental anxiety in the early days. Charging is easy. The built-in magnets make connecting to the base convenient. The battery life is also solid. i charge every couple days.

Overall, a good device but you have to decide for yourself if missing the O2 readout feature is not enough of a deal breaker for you at this (high) price.
