Easy setup and great features

I researched more than a few similar indoor wi-fi cameras before settling on EZVIZ C6N as I wanted to monitor my elderly father who recently became mentally handicapped. What was important to me was a camera that allows multiple viewing (so other family members can stream the live video at the same time) and one that has Windows 10 access so I can monitor dad while working on my PC. EZVIZ had all these features so I gave it a shot.

The camera was very easy to set up via the phone app. For my required features, the camera permits multiple viewing provided all users have an EZVIZ account (main user just needs to share a link with others). The Windows software for viewing on a PC was also easy to set up (after wifi connection is complete on phone app, just install the Windows software from EZVIZ's Support website and login with your EZVIZ username and password to see the camera). Resolution is great and motion detect works well. For the pan and tilt function, I found there is a lag between command and the lens movement on PC version (phone app is fine without lag) but it isn't a big issue for me.

Overall, for my purposes it was exactly what I was after. I will purchase a couple more to have a camera in the main rooms of the house so the family can monitor a loved one at any time.

Horrible brand, worse cameras

I have had this camera for 9 months.
Nothing loads, always goes offline, I thought this may be a Wi-Fi error, so I have connected a lan cable, still all the same issues.
I have set up my whole house with ezviz cameras, they work so badly I'll take them all down and replace them with a brand that works.
Contacted ezviz and they have told me there's nothing wrong, could not be less helpful.
It is under warranty, which they won't honor.

Don't buy this rubbish

Will Not Connect to Wifi

I spent two days trying to connect this camera to the internet. There are three methods to do this; all failed, including direct Ethernet. I’m tech savvy and yet it beat me. It is replacing a similar camera that I had installed, plus I have two other brands on the same network up and running now for some time. It just would not connect. It’s a nice camera, but only if it works. Now I have to start all over again - annoying!!!

Perfect camera for what I was looking for, which is basically as a live monitor. Don't use the motion detection or recording TBH. Very very easy to set up. The app is too good. And never a problem to log in and view, whereas other cameras I have bought need to add the camera back on the app and are so annoying. No such problem with this little beauty. Recommend for the purpose of live viewing.

Don’t waste your money with this seller

I previously bought one of these cameras with no issues. The second one was delivered in damaged packaging, with a plug that doesn’t fit an Australian socket, and a manual written only in Chinese. It doesn’t work wirelessly and only gives me the option to connect via Ethernet.
I contacted the seller who fairly curtly told me to read the manual. I indicated I couldn’t because it was in Chinese and they replied they would get back to me ASAP. I’ve followed up several times since then asking how to arrange a replacement or a refund and no reply, so I would not recommend buying from this seller, as they will not assist you or provide the goods as advertised. Don’t waste your money.

The media could not be loaded.

C6N camera is very easy to set up on both Windows and Phone plate. After wifi connection is complete on phone app, just install the Windows software from EZVIZ's Support website and login with your EZVIZ username and password to see the camera). Besides, I think highly of the definition, it's soooo clear even in the night. I feel safer after the EZVIZ installation.
Excellent！I'll recommend to my friends.

Pan & Tilt not working!!! And support are robot people. Not worth the time

Bought the unit in March and by May, the unit pan & tilt function seemed stuck by May.
Contacted the Ezviz support email found in Google and been told they were unable to help as I came to the US support, after several emails back and forth describing the situations
Have restarted few times and the swivel unit seemed ok in the beginning but went frozen again in the same spot
