This is a terrible item to buy. Once I put it on fullscreen mode on my device, it automatically freezes and disconnects! Never have I ever used this product successfully on a wide screen as it’s technically useless when I want to view on my device on a wider screen. (eg movies, youtube, etc). How can I refund this item?
