I have used Fitbit watches for years but the Fitbit Charge 3 has been the worst so far. It does not consistently sync or stay paired. I have to continually turn my phone on and off, and rest the watch to get it to sync. I have done all the fixes suggested by Fitbit and online blogs. As a side note none of my Fitbit watches have lasted an entire year. I will be leaving the ecosystem as soon as this new watch dies.
