I bought this for my Baby (due June 2020) but have wound up with 2 as a relative bought me one too. I requested to return this item and the customer service I received was ‘next level’. Really fantastic! Would definitely recommend buying from this shop. Although I didn’t use the actual product, I’ve heard great things about these loungers and look forward to using my duplicate with my little Bub for sure :-) Thank you, OzzieProBaby&Co!
