Didnt work from start. Screen would ghost touch and touch things without any input.
Was a struggle to get the refund. Had to message them 3 times and wasnt until I went to amazon for a refund that they actually responded. That was about 2 weeks after my initial refund submission.
They took another week stuffing me around with stupid questions about what's wrong with it which had been answered initially. About another week or 2 to return the device and money to be refunded so probably 4 or 5 weeks in total for refund.

The actual finish/quality of the device was superb looked like brand new with no scratches.
Delivery was quick and on time.
Amazon was good to deal with in regard to getting the refund however they made you go though suppliers first to resolve with made things take a while.
